Slow Cooker Asian Pork Steaks (Gluten Free, Paleo, AIP)
These Slow Cooker Asian Pork Steaks were a total hit and ridiculously simple to make. Slow cooking is a great way to cut down on time and prep work in the kitchen. The first time I made it my husband devoured his bowl and just kept exclaiming how much it tasted like Chinese food from a restaurant. To make it even easier, I like to prep the ingredients & sauce the night before, so it’s as simple as dropping everything in the pot and pressing a button in the morning.

About the Ingredients
We love pork steaks! They are cut from the shoulder, are relatively inexpensive, and are full of flavor since they have some extra fat. We like them over cauliflower rice with broccoli and green beans. You can interchange pork steaks with a pork shoulder cut into pieces.
