You’re a good fit for coaching if:
You are ready to set goals and make specific changes in your life.
You like accountability and having someone in your corner to motivate and challenge you.
You are open-minded, ready to overcome barriers, and are seeking long-lasting change.
You enjoy personal growth, self-understanding, and figuring out ways you thrive best.
You need help sorting through information, making a plan, and seeing it through.
You aren’t a good fit for coaching if:
You are currently struggling with severe depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or mood disorders.
What to Expect:
Contact me (email or text is fastest - but phone works too!) to schedule a free 15-minute consult or an initial intake session. You’ll need to complete some electronic paperwork prior to our first session.
We will meet for an intake session, during which I will ask you a bunch of questions to get to know you better. This session is also an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit for each other. If things feel aligned, we’ll move forward with setting goals and creating a plan for working together. The initial intake, visioning, and goal-setting process typically takes 2 sessions. We’ll work together to create a vision for your future, tap into your motivation, and set concrete goals.
We’ll meet regularly to work toward your goals. While coaching is collaborative, it is much more structured and present/future-focused than therapy or counseling. We’ll set clear goals and check in on them regularly, tapping into your strengths and inner resources to get it done.
We’ll typically meet weekly for a few months, titrating to biweekly until you are ready to do it on your own. At that point, you’ll let me know, and we’ll have a closing session to reflect on your progress and make a plan for making those changes stick for the long term.
